Ts. PMgr. A.M.V. Vickneswaran brings over 20 years of extensive experience in the property and facility management industry. He began his professional journey after earning a Diploma in Building and Facility Management, followed by a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Project and Facility Management.

Building Management

    • systematic management and maintenance to ensure smooth operation of the building facilities and services;

    • generally liaising with tenants/owners, attending to complaints or emergencies which may arise from time to time;

    • ensuring that all owners submit renovation plans for review and approval;

    • monitoring and supervising security personnel, cleaners and other service contractors engaged to ensure that proper standards of service are attained at all times;

    • supervising repair and renovations works by specialist contractors engaged;

    • ensuring that operating expenses are kept to the minimum through budgetary control and tender exercises; and

    • employing site management and maintenance staff on behalf and at the cost of the Client. We shall train, supervise and administer them.

Facilities Management

    • upkeep and cleaning operations

    • mechanical and electrical (M&E) facilities and services

Financial Management

    • issuing invoices and receipts, collecting service charges or charges, sinking fund and other charges;

    • all collections shall be deposited into the Client’s Account;

    • monitoring outgoings and making payments out as approved by the Client;

    • presenting income and expenditure report showing all collections and payment requests on a monthly basis; and

    • presenting an annual budget for the management of the property for the Client’s approval.
